We are misunderstood by what they only see,
forteens the burdens can be immense,
Prescriptions that embrace a fragile defense.
Just a young adult trying to seek for compassion,
A shadow of smoke flows like the sea to ease the pain ,
And allow minds to wanderfree,
Not forfun orthoughtless flights,
But to sail our minds through the darkest loneliest night.
The high that they are chasing just leaves them low
The mental health doesn’t grow
The drugs nand all the alcohol they find
Won’t help heal all the hurt within their minds.
Through love and laughter, love and play
Shortly there worries start to fade
The feelings of connections, deep and so real
If you allow that in the peace you will start to feel.
