Valley High School’s Queen of Crochet (by Ivi Carman)

Alondra Trejo is an incredibly talented student at Valley High. She takes her astounding talent into the art of crochet.

When Alondra was 10 years old she started to crochet with her grandmother, which soon became a passion of hers. A little while after, she started to expand her knowledge, and learn new techniques by watching tutorials on YouTube.

She has made many creations, but her favorite one she has made so far is a Virgin Mary doll inside a bouquet of flowers. The weirdest thing she has ever made is Patrick Star with a cute rump.

Alondra has taken this passion of hers and started a business. Her business is called “Alo’s Crochet” where she makes and sells crochet creations. Check out her Instagram: @_aloscrochet
