People are stealing from stores and big corporations way too much. I can understand why some people just want to be rebellious and break rules or even do it for a “Trend” but you’re just making it worse for everyone else. Just because I’m a teenager I constantly get followed around by workers when i’m shopping because they assume I’m stealing and it’s unfair how other teenagers have ruined the system for me, I couldn’t even use a self checkout at my local gas station. What do people benefit from stealing? In the end you’re just gonna end up getting banned from the store, getting caught and having to pay a lot of money, or even get sent to jail. It’s just immoral how everyone has to work for things and people are getting away with getting it for free. It’s just sad to see some people have no manners or respect for other people only themselves. It’s also caused so many items to be locked up and you need an I.D to even buy them now or even some stores you need to be at least eighteen years old or older to even be able to enter the store. They’re just making people unable to trust others and that’s just low because trust is a big thing needed in communities and without it we can feel isolated and unseen, and stealing is already against the law so what’s the point to keep doing it?
